Anaheim Hills Little League (AHLL) is a nonprofit, volunteer-run, community-based youth sports organization. We strive to teach positive life lessons, good sportsmanship, winning and losing with pride, teamwork, and to develop the qualities of citizenship and leadership through the game of baseball.
See our VOLUNTEER PAGE for additional details. Too often, the same person does two, three, or four jobs on each team. No previous experience is required...if you don't already know how to do a particular job/role, we will help you through it.
- Each player’s Parents/Guardians must complete 2 Volunteer Points (per player) during the season
- Maximum 4 points per Family (ex: Families with 3 players are only required to fulfill 4 points)
- Points depend upon services provided (click link below)
- Points do not carry over from previous seasons or carry forward
- Points are non‐transferrable, must be earned by Parent/Guardian
- Buyout Cost is $100 per player (max buyout cost per Family is $200)
Please select at least one volunteer position that you are willing to help out with (or learn) for this upcoming season during the registration process. You can change/add volunteer positions when the season starts.
At minimum, per AHLL By-Laws, all teams are required to staff the following positions:
- Manager (1)
- Assistant Coaches (2)
- Team Coordinator (1)
- Field Maintenance Crew (2) - must participate in Field Day
- Umpires (2)- must attend free Umpire Clinic...A, AA, AAA, & Majors only
- Scorekeeper (1) - AA, AAA, & Majors only
Additionally, each player can provide:
- An adult to work 1-2 Snack Bar shifts
- One adult for another team job or activity (i.e. Opening Day, Picture Day, Angel Day, Special Events, Trash, etc.)
Those parents/families who are unwilling to volunteer may be issued refunds.
